Peer Review Policy

Ensuring Academic Excellence, Research Integrity, Fairness and Objectivity

Our Peer Review Commitment

The Takhar University International Journal of Culture follows a double-blind peer review process to maintain high standards of academic quality, integrity, and scholarly excellence. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process to promote fairness, impartiality, and objective evaluation.

Double-Blind Peer Review

Reviewers do not know the identities of authors, and authors do not know the identities of reviewers. This approach supports independent assessment and reduces potential bias.

Review Process

01

Initial Screening

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial assessment by the editorial team to verify:

  • Relevance to the journal's aims and scope
  • Compliance with manuscript submission guidelines
  • Potential plagiarism or ethical concerns
02

Expert Peer Review

Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are assigned to two or more qualified reviewers with relevant subject expertise. Reviewers evaluate:

  • Originality and significance of the research
  • Clarity of presentation and research methodology
  • Strength of theoretical framework and analysis
  • Relevance to the journal's focus and readership
03

Review Timeline & Revisions

Reviewers are typically given 2–4 weeks to complete their evaluations. Depending on the feedback received, authors may be invited to revise their manuscripts and submit an updated version for further consideration.

04
