Abstract

In contemporary Pashto poetry, Darwish is a prominent and brilliant international figure whose poetic talent and literary centrality nourish all humanity; in the poet’s poetic work, all aspects of emotion are presented through poetic art. When we discuss emotion, we mean human reactions in human thought, such as grief, happiness, hope, despair, fear, surprise, successes, and other similar feelings and movements that arise in the poet’s mind, thought, and heart, and affect the audience and readers, including himself; these can be called emotion or emotions. Research on this part in our literary environment is almost absent; therefore, due to this need, we compiled this part in a research form from Darwish’s numerous poetry collections under the title (Emotional Pain in Darwish’s Poetry). However, by its nature, takes its source from the pains and pleasures of human life; however, some writers claim that poetry is not the language of the people because not all people fully understand what poets say.
