تحلیل کارکردهای بلاغی در نثر ِاخلاق محسنی

چکیده

The analysis of rhetorical functions in literary texts contributes to explaining the artistic aspects of prose and poetry. This study aims to analytically investigate the rhetorical functions in Akhlaq-e Mohseni by Waiz Kashifi. As a distinguished work of Persian didactic literature, Akhlaq-e Mohseni possesses not only persuasive qualities but also remarkable rhetorical features that enhance its influence on readers. The work consists of forty chapters addressing themes such as gratitude, trust in God, diligence, contentment, and service to humanity. Its prose is fluent, coherent, and occasionally enriched with rhythmic expressions, making it a suitable text for rhetorical and aesthetic analysis. The present study adopts a descriptive-analytical method based on the rhetorical criticism approach. The findings reveal that Kashifi skillfully employs various rhetorical devices and expressive techniques to enhance the artistic quality of his prose. Furthermore, rhetorical devices such as antithesis, allusion, metaphor, and simile are among the most frequently used, significantly contributing to the richness, aesthetic appeal, and persuasive power of Akhlaq-e Mohseni.
