Takhar University International Journal of Language and Literature (TUIJLL) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical publishing. All authors, reviewers, and editors involved in the publication process are expected to adhere to principles of honesty, integrity, and respect for intellectual property.

 Author Responsibilities

  • Originality: Authors must ensure that their submissions are original works and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.

  • Plagiarism: Manuscripts must be free from plagiarism. Proper citations and acknowledgments must be given for all sources, data, and ideas borrowed from others.

  • Authorship: Only those who have made a significant intellectual contribution to the work should be listed as authors. All authors must approve the final manuscript before submission.

  • Conflicts of Interest: Authors should disclose any financial or personal relationships that could influence their work.

  • Research Ethics: Authors must comply with ethical standards regarding research involving human participants or animals, including obtaining necessary approvals and informed consent.

  • Declare any conflicts of interest that could affect their impartiality.

Editor Responsibilities

  • Ensure fairness and transparency in the review and publication process.

  • Handle manuscripts confidentially.

  • Take prompt action if ethical issues arise, including allegations of misconduct.

  • Follow guidelines from the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Misconduct Policy

TUIJLL does not tolerate any form of academic misconduct, including but not limited to plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, and unethical research practices. Allegations of misconduct will be investigated thoroughly, and appropriate corrective actions will be taken, which may include retraction or correction of published articles.
