Takhar University International Journal of Language and Literature (TUIJLL) is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and originality. Plagiarism in any form is considered a serious violation of ethical publishing practices.
Definition of Plagiarism
Plagiarism includes, but is not limited to:

Copying text, ideas, data, or images from other sources without proper attribution.

Submitting previously published work (self-plagiarism) without disclosure or permission.

Presenting another author's work or data as one’s own.

Using substantial parts of another’s work without appropriate citation.
Measures to Prevent Plagiarism

All submitted manuscripts are screened using plagiarism detection software before peer review.

Authors must ensure their manuscripts are original and properly cite all sources.

Proper quotation marks and citations must be used when directly quoting or paraphrasing others’ work.
Consequences of Plagiarism
If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the submission or publication process:

The manuscript will be rejected or retracted if already published.

The author(s) will be notified and may be banned from submitting to the journal for a specified period.

The author’s affiliated institution may be informed.

In severe cases, further actions may be taken according to COPE guidelines.
